Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary :100k-120k DOEAbout QuantiniumQuantinium is building the next generation of secure, post-quantum blockchain infrastructure for decentralized Wi-Fi, 5G, IoT, mobile, and fixed wireless networks.As we expand into the MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) telecom space, were scaling our QA function to ensure high reliability across software and hardware systems.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Quality Assurance Lead to build and oversee our QA processes across multiple products including custom routers, mobile applications, web platforms, and crypto wallet functionality.This role will take the lead on quality control efforts company-wide, working closely with Product and Engineering to convert requirements into actionable test plans, acceptance criteria, and performance benchmarks.This is a high-impact position that directly supports efficiency, reliability, and user experience as we scale.Key ResponsibilitiesTesting and ValidationCreate, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases across mobile, web, and hardware systemsValidate router performance and network integration in controlled and live environmentsAcceptance Criteria and Issue TrackingTranslate product requirements into structured acceptance criteria in LinearLog, prioritize, and verify defects and performance issues through resolutionProcess and Quality ImprovementMonitor production releases and identify opportunities for QA process optimizationEstablish consistent QA documentation standards and reporting structuresCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure consistent quality from requirements to releaseParticipate in sprint planning and retrospectives as the QA point of contactRequired Qualifications5years of QA experience, with at least 12 years in a senior or lead capacityStrong experience testing :Mobile apps (React Native preferred)Web platforms (React, browser-based environments)AWS-based backend infrastructureHardware devices (e.g., routers, IoT)Proficiency with test management tools, defect tracking systems (e.g., Linear, Jira)Deep understanding of manual and exploratory testing techniquesStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with crypto wallets, Web3 technologies, or blockchain infrastructureBackground in telecom, MDU systems, or embedded device testingExposure to CI / CD workflows and test automation environmentsFamiliarity with performance benchmarking and security testingAdditional InformationThis role is based in the United States to ensure alignment with core product and engineering leadership.Quantinium does not require Web3 experience for this role but values candidates who bring strong traditional QA skills with an ability to adapt across technologies.We cover 100% of health, vision, and dental for you and your family, plus life insurance, 401(k) match, annual bonuses, and unlimited PTO.remote work.
