Rapid Sale – Land Acquisition & Development Research Specialist Rapid Sale is seeking a commercially minded individual to identify residential land and property opportunities with development and subdivision potential throughout Florida. The successful candidate will research prospective opportunities, undertake preliminary property and planning due diligence, and present suitable acquisition opportunities to the company. Key responsibilities include Identifying land and residential properties with development potential. Researching zoning, land-use and subdivision requirements. Reviewing parcel dimensions, frontage, access, utilities and development constraints. Conducting preliminary planning and property due diligence. Researching comparable property and land values. Liaising with county and municipal departments where necessary. Preparing concise opportunity reports for management. Maintaining a pipeline of prospective acquisition opportunities. Experience in land acquisition, real estate development, planning, zoning, property investment or real estate research is important. The ideal candidate will be analytical, commercially aware and capable of identifying underutilized land and value-creation opportunities that may not be immediately obvious. Pay: $50,100.00 - $500,000.00 per year Experience Land use studies: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
