We offer Property Management and Real Estate Services for rental property owners, buyers and sellers. Our team is enthusiastic, patient, experienced, knowledgeable, and driven to deliver results for our clients. Role: This is a full-time remote role for a Realtor/Property Manager. The Realtor/Property Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling real estate sales and transactions, managing rental properties, and ensuring a smooth and successful experience for clients. You can be based anywhere, but YOU MUST CURRENTLY LIVE BETWEEN FT. COLLINS AND CO SPRINGS COLORADO. In particular, we are in need of a Realtor on the west side of the Denver metro area. Qualifications: Colorado Based Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Sales skills Customer Service skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in property management is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable
