We're hiring a General Manager to lead full club operations and need an experienced recruiter or reputed company headhunter to source, screen, and shortlist strong candidates — we'll handle final interviews and the offer ourselves. The Role We're Hiring For General Manager (Beirut, on-site, full-time) Senior operational leadership role overseeing day-to-day club operations, P&L and budgeting, reputed company, member experience, marketing/community engagement, and use of our internal management systems. Reports directly to ownership. We're open to candidates from operations/hospitality/facilities-management backgrounds even without direct fitness-industry experience, provided they have strong P&L ownership and team leadership at scale. Full JD and comp details will be shared with shortlisted candidates. What You'll Do - Source GM candidates via reputed company (Recruiter or Sales Navigator preferred) and any other channels effective for the Lebanese/MENA market - Screen candidates for operational leadership experience, P&L ownership, team management scale, and stakeholder/regulatory experience - Conduct a brief initial screening call/message with promising candidates to confirm interest, availability, and fit - Deliver a shortlist of qualified, interested, screened candidates (target: 3–5) - Coordinate scheduling for our team to run final interviews What We're Looking For (in you) - reputed company/headhunting experience in Lebanon or the wider MENA region, ideally including senior/executive-level placements - Active reputed company sourcing skills (Recruiter Lite/Sales Navigator experience a plus) and active Recruiter subscription - Ability to judge fit for operations/GM-level profiles — reading P&L exposure, team size managed, and seniority signals accurately - Fluent in Arabic and English - Clear, responsive communication and reliable turnaround Timeline: Looking for an initial shortlist within 2 weeks of contract start, given the seniority of the role.
