Recruiting Operations Specialist

To support a growing team, the remote Contract Recruiting Operations Specialist will manage candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, and stakeholder management while ensuring a smooth hiring process from outreach to offer acceptance. Key responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and proactively identify potential candidates through various sourcing strategies Manage recruiting workflows, including candidate communications, interview coordination, and maintaining accurate ATS data Build strong relationships with stakeholders and follow up on outstanding actions to keep the recruiting process moving efficiently Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a similar role Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); familiarity with Rippling is a plus Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and senior leaders Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment with full-cycle recruiting experience Experience: 4 years required
