Position Summary
As a member of the Ministry Partnership Team, the?Recurring Giving Specialist is responsible for growing, strengthening, and retaining PreBorn!’s recurring donor community. This role owns the day-to-day execution and optimization of recurring giving strategies.
This individual must have a heart for PreBorn!’s mission and approach this role with a spirit of ministry, cultivating meaningful relationships, expressing genuine gratitude, and helping others see how their recurring generosity is being used by God to save babies and souls.

RequirementsQualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, sustained giving, direct response, digital fundraising, recurring giving, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work with donor data and translate data into actionable fundraising strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, donor segments, and follow-up processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various PreBorn teams.
Preferred
- Direct experience managing a monthly or recurring giving program.
- Experience with digital fundraising platforms, payment processors, marketing automation, or recurring-payment systems.
- Experience using Virtuous CRM database.
- Experience with donor segmentation, testing, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with donor retention and lifetime-value analysis.
- Experience working within a high-growth nonprofit or ministry environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations, donor-data analysis, strong communication and Excel skills, campaign management, accuracy, and collaboration.
