Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Service to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow. Your role - Your mission as a Regional Sales Manager is to develop and grow the regional service business, by focusing on the execution of the sales strategy, developing and implementing plans with each team member, and having a strong, proactive sales management approach. - You will report to the National Sales Manager, Service. - You will develop and implement short and long term sales, marketing, and business development strategies. - Planning should take into consideration the interests and needs of customers. - Develop and grow Service Sales in the assigned region in accordance with Quincy targets and objectives. - You will identify important improvement areas and implement processes, which will bring sustainability & profitable results to the service business and deliver in both short and long term goals will drive success in the job. - You will work with both inside and field sales
