Regional Vice President
Role Description The Regional Vice President is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing business operations, revenue growth, and client relationships within an assigned region. On a day-to-day basis, this role will lead regional planning, set performance targets, and monitor key metrics to ensure that strategic and financial goals are met. The Regional Vice President will guide regional teams, provide coaching to managers, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with sales, marketing, product, and operations. This role will also engage directly with key clients and partners, negotiate contracts, and represent Kaiko-r in regional market activities, events, and executive-level discussions. The successful candidate will regularly review market trends, identify new opportunities, manage regional budgets, and report progress to senior leadership while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in regional or multi-market management, including responsibility for strategy, revenue, and team performance. Strong background in business development, account management, or sales leadership, with experience building and maintaining executive-level client relationships. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational data, manage budgets, and make data-informed decisions to improve regional outcomes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote and cross-functional teams. Experience implementing process improvements, change management initiatives, or scaling operations in rapidly evolving environments. Comfort working remotely, with strong self-management, organizational skills, and proficiency with digital collaboration tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is beneficial. Background in technology, data services, consulting, or a related industry is an advantage, along with familiarity with regional market dynamics.
