Regional Vice President of Operations
Role Description The Regional Vice President of Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance across multiple locations within an assigned region. This role manages day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, process improvement, and adherence to organizational standards and policies. The Regional Vice President of Operations collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, ensure high-quality customer service, and support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, guiding regional leaders, reviewing key performance indicators, and implementing corrective actions where needed. This role also leads regional projects, supports change management efforts, and provides regular reporting and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee regional performance and lead cross-functional initiatives. Candidates should possess experience in P&L Management and financial analysis to monitor budgets, profitability, and cost control across the region. Candidates should possess a commitment to Customer Service and stakeholder management to ensure positive experiences for clients, partners, and internal teams. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning and business planning skills to develop and execute regional growth and improvement strategies. Candidates should possess advanced leadership, coaching, and team development skills to guide regional managers and promote accountability. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with executives and operational teams. Experience in multi-site or multi-region operations, preferably in a complex or regulated industry, is beneficial
