Registered Nurse (Triage RN) - Community Health Care Full-time Olesky Associates, Inc. has been in the placement / recruiting industry for three decades. This technology, combined with our personal attention and expert screening of each candidate, has made our agency extremely successful in the placement of all specialties, including: Family Practitioners OB/Gyns Hospitalists All medical specialties All surgical specialties LCSW / LICSW/ LMHC / BCBA Responsibilities Assess patients' medical problems and complaints by phone and in person. Provide information and advice for home treatment when indicated and arrange evaluation by a provider when needed—by scheduling an appointment or telephone follow‐up. Review critical lab results daily and work within the care team for appropriate and timely follow‐up provider consultation. Perform vaccine administration, medication administration, diagnostic tests and procedures as necessary. Educate patients and families by phone and at appointments about minor illnesses, medication usage, health maintenance needs, blood sugar monitoring, nebulizer usage, and other prescribed health‐care regimens.
