Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dignitas Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a large, multi-year single-award IDIQ contract. The role acts as Deputy to the Senior Program Manager and oversees financial management, subcontractors, schedules, customer interfaces, team leadership, program execution, and follow-on proposal efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist mission partners and customers to assess their needs, provide information, resolve problems, and satisfy their requirements
- Perform monthly status briefings
- Lead a team to ensure program execution, including subcontractors
- Be responsible for tracking and maintaining cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, risks and opportunities, process improvement initiatives, and common execution metrics
- Lead follow on proposal efforts
Skills
- DoD Contract Experience
- Strong Financial Acumen
- Proposal Experience
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, distributed and virtual teams
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business management or other related degrees
- Must have at least 5-10 years of experience in project and resource management
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
- NAWCTSD Customer Experience
- Earn Value Management Experience
- DoD Modeling Simulation and Training Background
- Preferred PMP or DAWIA Advance certification
- Hybrid (In office and remote) - Orlando, FL Preferred
- Remote with ability to travel
