Remote 3rd Party Debt Collector

Radius Global Solutions is seeking immediate Full-Time Experienced Debt Collection Representatives! This is a remote position, providing virtual paid training. Equipment is provided. Must be Hard-Wired into internet via Ethernet Cable. $13-14 per hour based on experience with an opportunity to earn monthly performance- based incentives. Summary: The Collections Agent will assist borrowers who are in default on Private Student Loans in establishing payment arrangements to resolved charged-off loan(s) Day to Day Responsibilities: · Make Inbound/Outbound collection calls and follow call procedures. · Assist consumers in establishing payment arrangements to resolve default accounts · Participate in regular meetings and calibration sessions for training and quality assurance · Meet or exceed productivity goals established by the Client and Company · Strictly adhere to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act guidelines and all applicable Federal and State laws · Efficiently manage collection accounts according to Company and Client work standards: · Accurately and thoroughly update accounts and systems documentation · Use probing questions to assess the consumer’s ability to pay and identify money sources · Negotiate for payment arrangements · Utilize and employ collection tools (skip tracing, credit bureaus, etc.) · Quickly make knowledge-based decisions to resolve the issues related to unpaid accounts. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. Requirements: · High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate · One or more years of applicable collections, sales, customer service or related experience · Previous student loan experience preferred · Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team · Proficient computer skills, including utilization of computerized collections software programs. · Excellent customer service skills, including strong problem solving and negotiating skills, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal). Close attention to detail · Highly motivated, self-starter, energetic, demonstrate good common sense, ethical and sound judgment · Must adhere to all Company, Client and Consumer confidentiality and security policies and procedures Benefits and Pay: ·Base salary commensurate on experience plus incentive bonuses. ·Must be able to work 8 -hour shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm CST Monday-Friday. Manager will assign schedule.

• Must be able to work one Saturday a month (if needed)
