Remote ABA Recruiter – BT / RBT & BCBA Hiring Specialist (Fully Remote)

We're passionate about building exceptional teams of Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who deliver life-changing support. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and hire BTs/RBTs and BCBAs at scale (high-volume recruiting)
• Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, ABA-specific boards, and community channels
• Conduct daily phone/video screens and in-depth interviews
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines with persistent, multi-channel follow-up (phone, email, text)
• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing → onboarding handoff to clinical/operations teams
• Track metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates) and report progress
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to understand staffing needs
• Improve candidate experience through clear communication and seamless processes
• Support targeted outreach (e.g., community networks) where needed

Qualifications – What We're Looking For Required:

• Direct experience in the ABA field (RBT, BCBA, intake coordinator, service coordinator, hiring coordinator, etc.)
• Proven recruiting/hiring experience, ideally high-volume RBT/BT or BCBA hiring in ABA/healthcare
• Excellent verbal communication – warm, professional, persuasive on phone/video
• Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to juggle multiple candidates
• Passion for ABA and advocating for children with autism
• Comfortable working fully remote and independently
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace for calls

Preferred / Big Plus:

• Experience with ABA platforms
• High-volume hiring success (hundredsof RBTs/BTs)
• Knowledge of Indeed/LinkedIn posting strategies and applicant tracking
• Ability to authentically speak to BT/BCBA role realities (rewards + challenges)
• Cultural sensitivity and/or experience with Jewish communities
