Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and communication platforms
- Work closely with internal teams to help resolve client requests efficiently
- Assist the account team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client account records within the CRM systems
- Track assigned tasks and ensure consistent communication with clients Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, account management, or client assistance is a plus
- Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities
