[Remote] Account Executive - Flavor Sales, Midwest Region

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bell Flavors & Fragrances is hiring a Flavor Sales Account Executive to generate sales with new and existing clients across the Midwest. The role manages major accounts, develops business plans, leads client projects and presentations, and coordinates with internal teams to support client needs and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, decision-makers, and owners in the Midwest Region
• Develop detailed business plans to facilitate goal and quota attainment, aligning with Bell's overarching objectives
• Take the lead in the development and delivery of projects and presentations to clients, bringing the allure of flavor formulas to life
• Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand evolving needs, promptly respond to complaints, and resolve issues for overall customer contentment
• Expand your expertise by actively participating in educational opportunities, engaging with professional organizations, and networking within the vibrant midwestern business community
• Become an active member of the Sales team, playing a key role in onboarding and integrating new clients and fostering existing relationships within the Midwest territory
• Liaise seamlessly between the customer and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders

Skills

• BS in Food, Business, Marketing, or related Science, business
• Minimum 5+ years of selling ingredients, flavors, or related experience
• Proven experience in flavor sales or a related industry
• Strong business acumen with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage and renew accounts while building new client relationships
• Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach
