[Remote] Account Manager (Marketing Industry)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal marketing teams
• Manage multiple marketing accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
• Coordinate campaign execution across paid media, SEO, content, and email marketing initiatives
• Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and communicate insights and recommendations clearly
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Ensure client retention through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Collaborate closely with project managers, strategists, and media buyers

Skills

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success professional in a marketing agency or marketing-driven company
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (paid ads, SEO, funnels, analytics)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver results
• Experience working with CRMs, project management tools, and reporting dashboards
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
• Client-facing mindset with strong relationship-building skills
