[Remote] Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. State Farm Agent is an insurance and financial services office serving customers with products such as auto, home, life, business, and renters insurance. The Account Manager will manage customer relationships, conduct policy reviews, resolve complex issues, and recommend and sell insurance policies to support retention and agency growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads

Skills

• * Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• * Willingness to engage in sales conversations
• * Bilingual Spanish (required)
• This is a remote position
