[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

IPA Technologies is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to support reliable vendor payment administration through careful documentation and reconciliations. The role includes invoice follow-up, vendor statement reconciliation, supplier record updates, and month-end close support.

Responsibilities

• Identify aging invoices requiring appropriate follow-up
• Match invoices to purchase orders or other approved supporting records
• Reconcile vendor statements against recorded invoices and payments
• Update supplier records when verified information changes
• Assist with month-end close by preparing invoice and balance summaries
• Protect vendor financial information and follow payment security procedures
• Check payment due dates and maintain an accurate invoice status tracker
