[Remote] Administrative Fellow

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ascension is hiring an Administrative Fellow for a 12-month program focused on healthcare administration. The fellow will rotate through departments, support enterprise initiatives alongside senior leaders, collaborate with a national cohort, and receive executive coaching and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Gain Operational Exposure: Undertake a full-time, salaried 12-month program featuring structured departmental rotations and customized, project-driven initiatives
• Engage with Executive Leadership: Work directly alongside senior leaders to support enterprise initiatives and gain insight into high-level board governance
• Collaborate Across a National Cohort: Connect with nationwide peers to foster cross-regional collaboration, share key learnings, and drive innovative solutions
• Receive Tailored Mentorship: Participate in 1-on-1 executive coaching and strategic professional development mapped directly to your long-term career goals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available for this program)
• Enrolled or graduate of Master's degree program preferred
• Master's degree (MHA, MHSA, MPH, or an equivalent healthcare/administrative program) completed or in progress from an accredited U.S. institution
• Demonstrated track record of academic excellence with a minimum 3.0 GPA ("B" average) on a 4.0 scale
• Current student in their final year of graduate study or a recent graduate from an eligible Master's program
