[Remote] Admissions Representative (Remote)

The National Remote Admissions Representative recruits, interviews, enrolls, and assists with relocating prospective students who live more than 100 miles from a campus, guiding them through the virtual admissions process while coordinating campus placement and enrollment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to prospective students located more than 100 miles from campus
• Conduct structured initial calls using consultative sales methodology
• Set same-day or next-day virtual interview appointments whenever possible
• Conduct virtual interviews via approved platforms
• Build urgency toward enrollment within a 2–4 month start window
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to drive appointment attendance and enrollment
• Execute professional virtual presentations of programs, career pathways, and student outcomes
• Maintain compliance in all disclosures and enrollment documentation
• Identify appropriate campus placement based on program availability, student goals, and capacity
• Educate students on relocation expectations, housing options, and transition timelines
• Coordinate with campus partners to ensure smooth homebase transfers
• Ensure enrollment agreements are accurately completed and assigned to the correct start date and campus
• Maintain proper contract placement aligned with approved start objectives
