Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TriCom Technical Services is hiring an Adobe Delivery Program Manager for a client-facing contract role. The position leads Adobe Experience Cloud implementations from project definition through closure, managing scope, schedules, resources, customer communication, governance, and escalations across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements involving multiple internal, customer, and partner project teams, serving as a central point of contact throughout delivery
- Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, milestones, resources, costs, change requests, and day-to-day delivery activities from inception through closure
- Communicate customer requirements and integration points in the Statement of Work, manage expectations, and coordinate escalations across sales, services, product, and delivery teams
- Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization across assigned projects and maintain required delivery governance
- Capture deployment issues, customer feedback, lessons learned, and post-project findings to support future delivery and consulting engagements
Skills
- Experience managing enterprise-scale web application or analytics implementations
- Client-facing project management experience within a consulting environment
- Experience coordinating complex software delivery across multiple teams, stakeholders, and technical contributors
- Understanding of custom software development processes and the impact of technical changes on business requirements and project delivery
- Experience supporting the launch or operation of highly available, high-traffic internet or mobile services
- Project or program management experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with AEM or AEP strongly preferred
- Experience managing Agile development projects
- PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, Agile certification, or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Workfront
