Talent Hackers is seeking an experienced Agentic Artificial Intelligence Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that support end-to-end marketing workflows. This role focuses on developing Artificial Intelligence-driven solutions for campaign setup, creative testing, reporting, and video content pipelines in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Artificial Intelligence-powered systems that support planning, execution, and optimization of marketing workflows
- Build multi-step agent frameworks integrating LLMs, APIs, and marketing platforms
- Develop memory, reasoning, and feedback mechanisms to improve system performance over time
- Create automation pipelines connecting data sources such as CRMs, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
- Build and maintain Artificial Intelligence pipelines for video content generation and processing
- Monitor system performance, logging, and reliability to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into technical solutions Skills
- 5+ years of professional software development experience (Python or Node.js)
- Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, and API orchestration
- Hands-on experience integrating marketing or analytics APIs in a compliant manner
- Experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, and task planning
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work full-time within the EST time zone
- Experience with marketing automation or advertising technology platforms
- Exposure to RAG, React, or feedback-driven agent architectures
