The role focuses on reviewing construction packets and work orders, reconciling labor and material records, resolving discrepancies, and troubleshooting common Maximo errors while supporting team members with established processes.
Responsibilities
- Review construction packets and work orders for completeness
- Check labor hours and material records, and reconcile estimates against actuals
- Identify missing information or discrepancies and follow up to resolve them
- Troubleshoot common Maximo errors and apply practical workarounds
- Follow existing job aids and processes, and help team members navigate those processes when needed
Skills
- Hands-on IBM Maximo experience is the key requirement
