DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Gemini Insights team, which focuses on enhancing Integrated Kidney Care operations through advanced reporting. The role involves tracking and visualizing performance measures, collaborating with clinical leadership, and ensuring data accuracy for key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Utilize SQL to query data warehouses for validation and ad-hoc analysis, ensuring data accuracy across all reporting products
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to support clinical and strategic initiatives, while building strong rapport and bringing a positive and curious mindset to working groups
- Own the monthly production, QA, and distribution of ad hoc and pilot reporting. This can include querying and manipulating data in SQL, building summarized views in Excel, PowerPoint, or Tableau, and ensuring strict file integrity for leadership dashboards
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned clinical metrics within reporting, interpreting trends and investigating root causes of performance drivers
Skills
- 2+ years in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, and Python, or R (required for data extraction/validation); advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Public Health, or related field
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate technical data into business narratives; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and reliability
