What You'll Do

As a Ding A Ling Customer Service Agent, you will:

• Professionally answer calls for a variety of businesses.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
• Gather accurate information from callers.
• Deliver detailed and accurate messages.
• Follow each client's customized instructions.
• Represent our clients with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.
• Help callers feel heard, respected, and cared for.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Accurate typing skills.
• A dedicated Windows 11 computer.
• Reliable hardwired high-speed internet (Wi-Fi is not permitted during working hours).
• A quiet, professional home office free from distractions.
• The ability to learn multiple software applications.
• The ability to work with your webcam on during your shift. We provide the webcam. Our team works together throughout the day using Google Meet, allowing supervisors to provide real-time support, answer questions, collaborate, and maintain the close-knit culture that sets Ding A Ling apart.

Previous answering service or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
