Remote Appointment Setter (Cold Calling, Commission Only)

Avalix Growth LLC is a Houston-based agency that helps residential fence contractors get more customers through online ads. We’re hiring remote appointment setters to cold call fence contractors and book 15-minute intro calls with our sales closers. What you’ll do:

• Make 60 to 80 outbound calls a day to pre-pulled fence contractor leads
• Use our call script to book calls on our closers’ calendar
• Log every call in GoHighLevel (we give you the login, phone number and leads)
• Send a short end-of-day text with calls made and meetings booked

Pay (commission only, no base):

• $300 for every client you source who signs and pays
• Plus 10% of that client’s monthly fee every month, for as long as the client stays and you’re working with us
• Paid on Fridays after earnings clear

The pay range shown assumes a client stays a full year. You earn $300 when the client signs and pays, plus 10% of their monthly fee for every month they stay. There’s no cap on how many clients you can source, and no base pay. Example: you source one client paying $1,500 a month. You earn $300 once when they sign and pay, then $150 every month they stay. Source five clients and that’s $750 a month, plus $300 upfront for each one ($1,500 total). What you need:

• Laptop, headset and reliable internet
• Comfortable making cold calls and hearing “no” a lot
• At least 20 hours a week during business hours (Central time preferred)
• Reliable and coachable. Cold calling experience helps but isn’t required.

Training and leads are provided at no cost to you. Before we set anything up, you’ll make 10 practice calls with our script and tell us how they went. Then we send the contractor agreement and get you onboarded.
