[Remote] Apprentice Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Apprentice Business Analyst will support operations by processing claims, managing data reports, reviewing documents, updating systems, and resolving customer and stakeholder escalations while following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process documentation, claims, and data reports strictly following standard operating procedures
• Identify and flag anomalies, missing information, or process breaks to senior team members before they become bigger issues
• Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and answer questions clearly
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets or internal systems to ensure accurate daily reporting
• Manage conflicting priorities and deadlines, communicating trade-offs to your team when urgent requests arrive

Skills

• BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Up to 2 years of experience in an operations, administration, data entry, or call center
• High attention to detail and the discipline to follow multi-step processes accurately without cutting corners
• Strong problem-solving instincts with a clear understanding of when to investigate an issue and when to escalate it
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate empathetically during customer or stakeholder escalations
• A flexible schedule that allows for a consistent daily overlap with US business hours
• Fluency in Spanish is ideal
