[Remote] Associate Financial Advisor

The Associate Financial Advisor role supports Senior Advisors in client data analysis, financial modeling, and client relationship management, while participating in meetings and local business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing comprehensive macroeconomic financial models
• Participate in client meetings to assist with administrative follow-ups, case implementation, and annual review coordination
• Manage existing client relationships, addressing daily operational inquiries with high professional standards
• Collaborate with the team on local business development, group workshops, and educational marketing events

Skills

• Active State Life & Health Insurance License is required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales
• High coachability, strong active-listening skills, and a collaborative mindset
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63) are highly preferred
