The Associate Product Owner supports product roadmaps and backlogs for chat, IVR, and conversational AI initiatives, translating business needs into user stories and helping Agile teams deliver multi-channel customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support product roadmap, release planning, feature scope, and backlog management
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and priorities
- Write and refine user stories and technical requirements for Agile/Scrum teams
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Help identify and remove technical or business blockers and escalate risks when needed
- Support Chat, IVR/voice, and Conversational AI initiatives and platform enhancements
- Work with system integrations and cloud technologies; GCP experience is a strong plus
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in an Agile software delivery environment
- Experience writing user stories and managing software backlogs
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, digital.ai Agility, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Enterprise Chat, IVR, Contact Center, or Conversational AI platforms
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Health insurance or other highly regulated industries
- Understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies, system integrations, and digital customer experience platforms
