Remote Audiologist in NM

A position is available for an Audiologist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting located in Rio Rancho, NM. This contract role requires providing support for students through direct therapy, case management, and participation in IEP meetings. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver approximately 8 hours per month of direct audiology therapy via telehealth.
• Manage cases effectively, ensuring comprehensive documentation and follow-up.
• Attend and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

• Must hold current New Mexico state certification in Audiology.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.
• Familiarity with educational audiology, including therapy techniques and IEP processes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage case files and related documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, families, and educational staff.
