[Remote] Authentication Specialist I, Apparel Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Entrupy is seeking an Authentication Specialist to authenticate luxury and streetwear apparel and expand its apparel authentication expertise. The role monitors customer authentications, validates internal tests, and develops knowledge systems, processes, and training to support authentication at scale.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time customer authentications of Luxury and Streetwear apparel
• Ensure the accuracy of internal tests about newly released brands and materials
• Contribute to structured knowledge systems, templates, and processes to support authentication and training
• Research apparel trends, new releases, and product details to enhance brand-specific knowledge

Skills

• Expertise in authenticating apparel
• Deep expertise in streetwear brands and an eye for detail in product identification
• Familiarity with structuring and organizing content or data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to simplify complex information across functions
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines and global team collaboration
• Confident and thoughtful communicator, with a passion for growing a strong knowledge-first culture
• Experience in building training materials for a fashion for resale context is a plus
• Experience with taxonomies or classification systems is a plus
