[Remote] B2C Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Artemis is hiring a B2C Account Manager to manage day-to-day relationships with its Med Spa partners. The role coordinates marketing activity with internal teams, reviews campaign performance with partners, and identifies ways to improve results, satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of med spa and aesthetic clinic partners on the ads program
• Manage day-to-day partner queries and ensure timely resolution of requests
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing operations, onboarding, appointment setting and billing
• Lead monthly performance review calls with partners, discussing marketing campaign results, lead performance, and next steps
• Monitor partner satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve retention and engagement
• Support onboarding of new clinic partners into the marketing programme
• Maintain accurate records of communications, actions, and performance updates
• Analysis of client data to review performance
• Planning future media plans around seasonality
• Escalate issues or risks where appropriate and help drive solutions
• Provide first-line support for partner billing inquiries and concerns

Skills

• 1 year hands-on experience working on Meta performance campaigns
• 1-2 years experience in client services, account management or customer success
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• AI-driven mindset - comfortable experimenting with AI tools and finding practical ways to incorporate them into day-to-day client management
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Commercial awareness and confidence discussing performance metrics
• Comfortable building relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders
• Proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness industries
