Responsibilities
- Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses against defined business criteria
- Analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
- Provide clear, structured final assessments and recommendations
- Prepare relevant reports and documentation
Skills
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to objectively evaluate and compare chatbot responses
