Telephonic Insurance Case Manager (RN) | ** ARIZONA RESIDENTS ONLY Insight Global is seeking a Telephonic Insurance Case Manager (RN) to join a growing and well-established organization focused on helping injured employees navigate their recovery and return-to-work journey. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering the flexibility of remote work within Arizona and the chance to make a meaningful impact through clinical case management. Location: Remote in Arizona (*Candidates within one hour of Scottsdale may be asked to work onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays) Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Salary: $80,000 - $88,000 base salary + annual performance bonuses Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday, standard working hours
What You'll Do
Review and coordinate medical care plans for injured employees Ensure treatment plans are medically appropriate, cost-effective, and support timely recovery Partner with providers, claims adjusters, employers, and other stakeholders throughout the case management process Document case activity and treatment progress Support claim resolution and return-to-work initiatives Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Required Qualifications
