[Remote] Client Project Implementation Consultant

The Client Project Implementation Consultant serves as the main client contact during implementation, configuring solutions, transferring product knowledge, and supporting users throughout the implementation process. The role also coordinates with internal and external leadership to keep projects aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes
• Assist external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions
• Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
• Communicate with leadership internally and externally to keep the project aligned with their goals
