[Remote] Clinical Success Manager, Dosimetrist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radformation develops workflow automation software for radiation oncology clinics. The Clinical Success Manager trains clinics, resolves customer issues, gathers product feedback, and supports efficient and safe clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Train clinics on Radformation’s suite of automation tools
• Work with clinics to understand their issues and provide a solution independently and/or with the help of the programming team
• Proactively check in with current customers to perform an annual Rad Review to hear feedback for product improvement, share new features, ensure their subscription renewal/reduce churn, and strengthen our relationship with them
• Host webinars to answer clinics’ questions and highlight features
• Test new versions of software to aid in development and quality assurance
• Develop training materials to distribute to clinics

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical dosimetry using Eclipse TPS
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care
• Passionate about helping other clinics and creating an impact on their workflow
• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community
• Thrives in a busy schedule and a constant learning environment
• Excels at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Enjoys listening to clinics' needs and developing relationships with clinical leaders
• Master of treatment planning and radiation oncology clinical workflow
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Non-judgmental personality and welcoming of ideas and feedback
• 5 years of experience in clinical dosimetry using Eclipse TPS
• Teaching experience in dosimetry
• Customer service experience
