[Remote] CLM Application Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Applicantz is hiring a CLM Application Analyst to oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a Contract Lifecycle Management system within Legal Operations. The role supports system configuration, reporting, analytics, software improvements, implementation projects, and contract process optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Develop ad hoc reports and dashboards to support Legal Operations
• Utilize Icertis or a similar CLM platform to support system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
• Support software improvement initiatives and implementation projects
• Collaborate with Legal Operations and cross-functional teams to improve contract processes and reporting
• Develop analytics, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and related tools
• Support programming and system enhancements using Microsoft technologies, including C# and SQL
• Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
• Icertis configuration and development experience is preferred
• Microsoft C# or other technology stack development experience is a plus

Skills

• Experience with the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform; configuration and development experience preferred
• Project management experience using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong track record of project management and process optimization
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
• Microsoft C# or other technology stack development experience is a plus
• • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
