Remote Construction Admin Specialist (JobTread / Buildertrend) – US Home Builders Full-time | Remote | Paid training | Path to Team Lead About the role Our client runs a remote team of construction virtual assistants who support US home builders and remodelers. We’re hiring someone with construction admin experience to become the team’s go-to person for JobTread. You don’t need JobTread experience to apply. If you’ve worked in Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Buildxact, Procore or a similar platform, we’ll train you on JobTread. We’ll also train you to coach and lead the team as you grow into the role. What you’ll do Answer the team’s JobTread questions and fix problems when something isn’t working Set up JobTread for new clients: jobs, estimates, budgets, cost codes and workflows Help clients move from other platforms into JobTread Monitor client emails and messages, handle what you can and escalate the rest Turn repeat questions into simple guides, checklists and SOPs Check in with new VAs during their first 90 days Flag recurring problems to leadership and suggest fixes What you need 2+ years in construction admin, project coordination, estimating or contract admin, or as a VA supporting a builder or contractor Hands-on experience with JobTread or another construction management platform (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Buildxact, Procore or similar) Clear written and spoken English Availability for the shift below Nice to have (not required) JobTread certification (Administrator, Estimator, Project Manager or Bookkeeper) Experience setting up JobTread or migrating a business onto it Experience with US residential builders or remodelers Any experience training, mentoring or supervising people Experience writing SOPs or training guides We’ll train you on JobTread, including certification if you’re coming from another platform How US residential builders run their jobs Coaching and leading a remote team Our client onboarding and support processes Your first 90 days Month 1: Learn the team’s setup, get JobTread certified if needed, and start answering day-to-day questions Month 2: Handle common JobTread issues on your own and start coaching new VAs Month 3: Become the team’s main JobTread resource and own its guides and SOPs Application Process Please click Apply Now to complete the application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
