About the position The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Business & Corporate Paralegal. Remote work hours will be approximately 5–10 hours per week, with availability during regular business hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote, on-demand support for legal projects.
- Manage assignments with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
- Experience supporting business and corporate law matters
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Clio
- Strong organizational and document-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, small-firm environment
- Dependable, responsive, and able to manage assignments with minimal supervision
Nice-to-haves
- Nonprofit experience preferred
- Real estate experience is a plus
