Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rise Technical is seeking a Contract Manager to support major power generation and EPC projects. The role manages contracts and consortium agreements, monitors commercial risks, develops claims strategies, and supports delay analysis and dispute resolution throughout project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage EPC contracts and consortium agreements throughout project execution
- Identify contractual risks, potential claims, liquidated damages and commercial opportunities
- Develop claims strategies alongside project managers, legal counsel and senior stakeholders
- Support delay analysis and forensic scheduling in coordination with project controls
Skills
- • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Legal Studies or a related discipline
- • Experience with construction claims, delay disputes, change orders and liquidated damages
- • Authorized to work in the US
- • MUST have experience supporting large major EPC, power generation, oil and gas or industrial projects
