Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TruLegal is recruiting for an unnamed global media and entertainment company. The Contract Privacy Program Manager will coordinate the company’s global privacy program across brands and business units, partnering with cross-functional teams to manage privacy initiatives, assessments, and AI-related privacy considerations.
Responsibilities
- Manage recurring meetings with business stakeholders across multiple brands, including agendas, coordination, and follow-up
- Serve as a primary point of contact for privacy-related issues, assessing business needs, determining next steps, and identifying appropriate escalation paths
- Partner with Legal, Product, and other business teams to address privacy concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate privacy assessments across business initiatives, ensuring appropriate stakeholder involvement and follow-through
- Support privacy assessments involving AI-related initiatives, incorporating relevant AI governance and privacy risk considerations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business priorities, concerns, and privacy needs
- Maintain consistent communication and coordination across brands and business functions to support the global privacy program
Skills
- Strong experience in privacy program management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
- Solid understanding of privacy assessments, privacy programs, and related processes
- Familiarity with AI governance and AI-related privacy considerations
- Ability to independently assess issues, exercise sound judgment, and determine when escalation is necessary
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable managing competing priorities within a complex, global organization
