[Remote] Contract Product Manager (contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atrium employs the contractor, who will be assigned to work at Humana. The Contract Product Manager will lead Humana’s Appian-enabled enrollment modernization, owning the workflow vision, roadmap, priorities, cross-functional alignment, operating model, and adoption outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Appian-enabled enrollment vision, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes
• Identify and sequence high-value workflow use cases
• Align Enrollment Operations, Product, Architecture, Appian development, Integration, Data, Compliance, QA, and vendors
• Define operating model, governance, adoption, and executive decisions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management, transformation, or related experience
• Experience owning strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functional business, operations, technology, data, and vendor work
• Strong Agile delivery, analytical, decision-making, and executive communication skills
• Enrollment, workflow, case-management, or business-process modernization experience
• Product leadership experience with Appian or a comparable enterprise workflow platform
• Healthcare payer and Medicare or Medicaid experience
• Enterprise modernization or platform replacement experience
• Relevant product, Agile, or project certification
• Healthcare enrollment, Appian certification, process mining, integrations, or operational analytics
