[Remote] Corporate Account Manager (Nutricia + Kate Farms)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Danone is hiring a Corporate Account Manager to grow market share across assigned distributor and corporate accounts in medical nutrition. The role develops account strategies and stakeholder relationships, manages contracts and performance, and coordinates implementation, inventory planning, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assigned account performance, contract management, implementation and inventory management
• Develop quarterly business planning and strategies to increase category share.​
• Report on account performance to senior leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations for growth
• Establishes, develops, and manages relationships across assigned accounts. ​
• Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales, national accounts, revenue operations, business operations and other departments as necessary to ensure alignment and execution of account initiatives.​
• Provide monthly forecasts by account to inventory management team

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
• Distribution management experience
• Sales leadership experience
• 7-10 years of recent sales or account management experience
• Entrepreneurial experiences with focus on creating and building quickly​
• Exceptional consultative selling skills and with strong experience developing strategic partnership programs
• Strategic thinking and problem solving.​
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.​
