[Remote] CostPoint/ERP Program Manager (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stellant Systems, Inc. is seeking a CostPoint/ERP Program Manager to oversee business execution systems across the organization. The role owns Deltek Costpoint ERP architecture and data flow, leads enterprise system integrations, optimizes workflows, manages implementation projects, and supports training, documentation, reporting, and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Fully own the design of system architecture and data flow for Deltek Costpoint ERP
• Lead integration efforts between various business systems
• Maintain systems currency and oversee ERP updates and migrations
• Drive workflow effectiveness to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and schedule
• Build, maintain, and automate workflows to reduce manual work
• Ensure efficient electronic, paperless workflow between design and manufacturing
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools
• Serve as liaison between end users, business units, consulting teams, corporate partners, and system OEMs
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and functional requirements for software OEMs
• Communicate user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests clearly and effectively
• Manage all business system implementation projects, ensuring delivery within budgets and schedules
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), collect feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Develop reports to support data analysis and operational visibility
• Manage multiple SharePoint sites and document libraries
• Coordinate with IT and developers to ensure solutions meet security and technical standards
• Deliver user training and create documentation, SOPs, and basic security awareness guidelines
• Work with leadership to identify hardware needs and assist in selecting equipment

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in business management with 9 years prior related experience, Masters with 7 years prior related experience
• * ERP System Administration experience
• * Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP (required)
• * SharePoint experience (required)
• * Strong understanding of ERP architecture and system integrations
• * Ability to drive cross‑functional alignment and workflow improvements
• * Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• * Strong project and change management capabilities
• * Ability to balance technical depth with business needs
• Job Location: Remote (Local candidates 100% onsite)
