• reassurance, and step-by-step direction, so each person understands where they’re

• Speak with new inquiries and explore what they’re hoping to accomplish
• Explain program choices in a calm, easy-to-understand way
• Record conversation notes so clients move smoothly into the next phase
• Outline what the upcoming review steps look like
• Stay organized as you work through a consistent stream of warm leads
