Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Associate at brighthush, you will serve as the critical link between our clients and the end‑user. Your primary responsibility is to conduct in‑home usage tests, capture detailed feedback, and ensure that every project is executed with precision and integrity. You will be the voice of the consumer, translating everyday experiences into actionable insights that drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, ensuring you understand the timeline and deliverables.
• Unpack, read instructions, and set up the product in a safe, responsible manner, following all safety guidelines.
• Document every step of the test: take screenshots, record audio, capture video clips, and maintain a written journal of observations.
• Utilize brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology – a cutting‑edge smartphone platform that captures Point‑of‑Emotion® insights when requested.
• Participate in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market‑research firms, providing real‑time feedback and answering questions.
• Submit written reviews and detailed observations in accordance with the project’s schedule, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security throughout the testing process, safeguarding proprietary information.
• Communicate proactively with the brighthush project manager regarding any issues, delays, or questions.
• Adhere to all quality assurance standards and deliverables, ensuring consistency across all projects.

Essential Qualifications

• Age 18 or older with a reliable internet connection and a computer or smartphone capable of capturing photos and videos.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions accurately.
