• Document Experiences: Capture your interactions using a variety of media—screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and written journal entries—to provide a comprehensive view of user engagement.
• Leverage Mobile Technology: Use brighthush’s proprietary Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to record Point‑of‑Emotion® insights, adding depth and nuance to your feedback.
