Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service & Product Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for consumers during In‑Home Usage Testing projects. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Reviewing and following the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each product, which outlines tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, and completing journal entries.
• Capturing high‑quality screenshots, audio recordings, and video footage to document product performance and user experience.
• Using brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to record real‑time, point‑of‑emotion insights that provide depth to consumer feedback.
• Participating in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market‑research firms to discuss product impressions and answer follow‑up questions.
• Writing detailed, honest reviews and feedback reports that align with the project’s objectives and deliverables.
• Maintaining the integrity of the product by handling it responsibly and returning it in the condition specified by the project guidelines.
• Communicating any issues, questions, or observations promptly to the project coordinator or support team.

Essential Qualifications
