The role involves identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, handling account and billing matters, and delivering a positive customer experience.

- Handling service and account changes with accuracy and professionalism
- Completing save/service orders and negotiating when needed
- Resolving billing inquiries and adjustments
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way
