• Verify account details using approved privacy and security procedures
• Use a professional, courteous tone in written and verbal communications
• Document key details so colleagues can continue a case if needed
• Maintain organized notes while handling several active requests
• Meet agreed service and quality standards without sacrificing accuracy
• Listen to customer questions and clarify the information needed to assist
• Record customer interactions and follow-up actions in the support system
